Our vineyards, carefully selected for their unique terroir, are situated in small parcels just a short distance from the winery. The combination of sloping, sandy soil, optimal sun exposure, and refreshing sea breezes creates the perfect conditions for cultivating grapes of extraordinary character. This exceptional terroir is fully reflected in the superior quality and exquisite flavors of our wines.<\/p>\n

Committed to environmental sustainability, we employ innovative practices to minimize our energy consumption.
\nA prime example is our pioneering underwater wine aging process at a depth of 30 meters. The unique conditions of the deep sea not only preserve and age our wines but also impart a distinctive, saline character.<\/p>\n
